Autonomous Mobile Robots
Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR)

Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) are sophisticated vehicles that offer the advantage of having built in cameras, lasers, and sensors to navigate around obstacles while making routing decisions to ensure their tasks are completed. These are often referred to as Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) despite the fact that AGVs do not offer the level of intelligence and capability of an AMR.

Expandle AMR Fleet

Given the autonomous and disconnected nature of AMRs it is easy to expand your fleet since they generally do not require cables or continuous power connections.

Autonomous Mobile Robot Safety

AMRs are designed to be collaborative in nature to allow working in and around your staff. By slowing or stopping their progress when obstacles are detected they are able to work safely around a variety of challenges without affecting their ability to complete their task.

Common AMR Tasks

Autonomous robots are able to assist your team with tasks such as:

  • Moving Materials
  • Data Collection
  • Box Handling
  • Portable Robot Platform
  • Monitoring Facilities
