Work with customer to prototype and build assembly fixtures to improve operator efficiency and ergonomics. Custom 3D printed part holding fixtures were designed using vacuum to secure parts for precise assembly. Easy to use clamps allowed operator to further secure parts to ensure proper alignment during assmebly.

Mechanically binding parts required high levels of dexterity from operators but was not ergonomic. Creative fixturing eliminated the ergonimic concerns and provided improved throughput without sacraficing quality.
